Cheerleading

Cheerleading is gaining great popularity in Michigan and American Allstars offers classes for students 5.5 -12 years of age.  Current and future cheerleaders will learn dances, chants, cheers, jumps & stunting. These classes are high energy and loads of fun. We require that children wear clean athletic shoes with a flat sole.  Runs January 23rd through March 27th. $150. Sign up for the day and time you want.

Cheer Stars (5.5 yrs - 12 yrs)

This class is for the beginning & intermediate level cheerleader. Cheerleaders will focus on proper techniques for jumps, tumbling, stunting, motions, and more.  Appropriate conditioning and drills will be stressed throughout to strengthen execution. Stunting will emphasize safety with correct spotting technique and body positioning through drills and beginning level stunts. Cheerleaders will focus on strong motions and will learn a precision drill as well as a variety of short chants, cheers, and a dance. There will be a performance for parents on the last day of class. The student to coach ratio is 10 to 1.

Mon: 7:00-8:00pm         Tues: 7:15-8:15pm

Monday Classes:

January: 23rd, 30th

February: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

March: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th (performance day)
