Competitive Team Training
( 5th - 11th grade)
Give your athletes the competitive EDGE that comes with pre-season conditioning. We work with football, basketball, soccer, and baseball players; as well as participants in other sports. Our workout plans include cardio and resistance training so that the athlete works all muscle groups creating a fit and prepared body. Workouts are designed to engage participants at a constant and challenging pace for 45 minutes. Help your athlete kick it up a notch with this challenging fitness class.
