Fitness Camps

 

Youth Boot Camp

Boot camp is designed for 4th - 10th graders who are ready to work and play hard! Your athlete will be challenged with a variety of activities that will enhance their performance in ANY sport. They will learn how to live an active lifestyle, make their own fitness plan, & have fun doing it! Athletes will be grouped by age. $125 per week or $25 per day.               

 

            Jun 21st - 25th                           9:00-12:00      

           Jul 12th - 16th                            1:00-4:00    

           Aug 9th - 13th                            9:00-12:00       

           Aug 9th - 13th                            1:00-4:00

 

Velocity

In this camp we will be doing everything from Yoga to Rock Wall. This variety filled, fast paced camp is full of fun fitness activities! Give your child a reason to get off the couch, exercise, and have a blast doing it! $125 per week or $25 per day.

   

            Jul 7th - 9th                               9:00-12:00     

            Jul 19th - 23rd                           1:00-4:00      

            Aug 16th - 20th                         1:00-4:00

 

1 Day Mini Velocity Camps from 9:00-12:00

      

            Jul 19th & 23rd    

           Aug 2nd, 6th, 16th, & 20th

 

Sport Conditioning Camps

These Sport Specific Conditioning Camps are to help athletes condition for better performance in the sport of their choice. We will do general strength and speed training in all sessions with each camp providing sport specific drills and conditioning. $125 per week or $25 per day.

 

Baseball                  Jun 21st - 25th    1:00-4:00

Football/Lacrosse    Jul 26th - 30th    9:00-12:00

Soccer                     Jul 7th - 9th        1:00-4:00        &     Jul 26th - 30th     1:00-4:00

All Sports                 Jul 12th - 16th    9:00-12:00       &     Aug 2nd - 6th      1:00-4:00
