Power Performance (ages 10-14)
Our Power Performance class will take your kids workout to the next level! We work with football, basketball, and baseball players; as well as participants in other sports. Our workout plans include cardio, plyometric, and resistance training so that all the muscle groups are worked. Workouts are designed to engage participants at a constant and challenging pace for 45 minutes. If your athlete is ready to kick it up a notch then this performance enhancing class if for them!
Tuesday: 6:15-7:00pm Wednesday: 4:45-5:30pm Thursday: 6:15-7:00pm
