The EDGE can provide Team and Sport specific training for groups of 5 or more.  If your team or even group of interested athletes would like to schedule a series of classes contact The EDGE for details.

 

Soccer or football ending?! We have the perfect program for your 5th - 9th grade athlete. Our Performance Conditioning class will keep them in tip top shape during the off season. Wednesday 5:30-6:15 or Thursday 4:45-5:30

 


All of our classes at The Edge are based on accepted principles of fitness for kids. Classes are constructed to teach your child strength, cardiovascular, and agility exercises to enhance their personal fitness. They will learn that fitness can be challenging and rewarding, but most importantly FUN! They will use all types of resistance equipment in activities that are age appropriate and highly supervised. Give your child the introduction to fitness that can give them The Edge to a healthy lifestyle.

Turbo Tots

(2.5 yrs - 3.5 yrs)

It's never too early to get your body moving!, especially when it is this much fun!  With your help your tot will learn how to get moving and keep moving!  This parent participation class gives parent and child a chance to bond while learning about athletic principles. You will help your child figure out how to direct his/her muscles for purposeful activities.  Getting The EDGE early is a great opportunity!

Muscle Mites

( 3.5 yrs - Kindergarten)

Your young one is a bundle of energy it's true.  This class will teach your child to move with purpose.  Muscle Mites learn muscle control, balance, and how much fun it can be to get exercise.  This is their first chance to have class by themselves so they will also learn to take turns, wait in line and respect their classmates.   Learning how these skills relate to athletic activities will help them in future sports experiences.  Give them The EDGE now!

Square One ( 1st - 3rd grade)

This fitness class is specially designed to encourage your child to embrace his/her natural curiosity and harness that seemingly endless energy. Kids at this age are just learning to control their bodies and need a solid foundation in muscle control for all of their activities. We will play our way through cardio and strength building exercises. They will be training their muscles for future fitness with age appropriate activities and will be having a blast doing it!  Help your child get The Edge early.

  Sat:11:00 - 11:45             

 

         

Energize ( 3rd - 5th grade)

This fitness class focuses on increasing your child's balance, strength and agility. Children of this age are starting to put their muscles to work for them in team and individual sports. We will work on hand eye coordination, strength and dexterity to help your child be more effective in all of his/her activities. Give your child The Edge with this fitness class especially designed for their increasingly active life.

Commanding Cardio ( 4th - 8th grade)

This class is a great opportunity for your child to get their sweat on! They will be moving from the time they arrive to the time they leave. Kids will burn the extra energy they have through active and challenging games and exercises aimed at fun cardio fitness. Sweating has never been this much fun!

Performance Conditioning ( 5th - 9th grade)

Give your athletes the competitive EDGE that comes with pre-season conditioning. We work with football, basketball and baseball players; as well as participants in other sports. Our workout plans include cardio and resistance training so that the athlete works all muscle groups creating a fit and prepared body. Workouts are designed to engage participants at a constant and challenging pace for 45 minutes. Help your athlete kick it up a notch with this challenging fitness class.
