THE EDGE

 

Kids aren't the only ones that can have fun this summer! The Edge has workout opportunities for adults and high schoolers too! You can sign up for one of the following class offerings or just drop by to workout in our adult workout section while your child is in a Karate, Gymnastics or Fitness class. The Edge offers an adult workout section equipped with a weight circuit, cardio machines, and free weights. You and your child can get your sweat on at the same time under the same roof! Monthly rates as well as drop in rates available for all of the adult and teen classes at The Edge.

 

Adult & Teen Classes

 

Strength

Whether you are a resistance training veteran or brand new to the idea, this class will challenge you! Training with weights, bands, medicine balls and other resistance equipment is a great way to increase muscle tone and rev metabolism. Whatever your fitness level come and join us for a great workout!

Yoga

Yoga is a popular way to get in shape as well as increase your flexibility and balance. This traditional yoga class will be a great addition to your workout regimen. Come and stretch your way to fitness!

All in One

This class has everything! We will do a little cardio, a little resistance training, a little fit ball. You name it; it’s in here. The variety will keep it interesting for mind and body. But make no mistake, you will work hard and have fun doing it! Come and challenge yourself!
