Youth Flex Classes

(2nd - 8th grade)This class will give your child a chance to move! We will be doing everything from climbing the cargo net to scaling the rock wall in this variety filled, fast paced class full fitness activities! Give your child a reason to get off the couch, exercise, and have a blast! Athletes will be grouped by age.

Performance Conditioning (4th - 10th grade)
Give your athlete the competitive EDGE that comes with pre-season conditioning. We work with football, basketball, and baseball players; as well as participants in other sports. Our workout plans include cardio and resistance training so that the athlete works all muscle groups creating a fit and prepared bod. Workouts are designed to engage participants at a constant and challenging pace for 45 minutes. Help your athlete kick it up a notch with this challenging fitness class.
