Every month American Allstars Gymnastics Academy offers clinics to help students master important core skills. Even though most students will not master these specific skills in one clinic, it will give them a better understanding of proper technique, tips for performing the skills to their best ability and a higher level of confidence. These tools will help them safely and properly perform the skill correctly at a faster rate. At the clinics coaches will alter each lesson to make sure every student gets the most out of the group. We offer clinics for the following skills: handstands, cartwheels, back bends, back walkovers, back handsprings, and pullovers.

Open Gym
$15.00 Open Gym

 

Open Gyms are a great opportunity for gymnasts and tumblers to come in and work on the events that they want to. Students will have one hour to work on skills they are currently mastering in class or that the coaches give them permission to do. Coaches are available at each event to assist and supervise. Open Gyms can be used as a make-up for those students in Little Twisters and above. To attend open gym as a make-up class please sign your child up with a member of our office staff. You are allowed one make-up every other month. There is limited space in open gym so please register in advance. You do not have to be an American Allstars Gymnastics Academy member to sign up for open gym, but you do need a signed waiver on file before you can participate.

Private Lessons

1/2 hour: $29.00 per person
1 hour: $49.00 per person
1 hour semi private: $39.00 per person

 

Private Lessons are a great opportunity for additional practice on particular skills and events. You receive exceptional one on one attention from a trained member of our staff. If there is a particular coach you would like to work with you may talk with them directly about scheduling a time that works with both of your schedules. You can also directly e-mail them or leave them a message at the front desk. Payment must be made at the time the private lesson is scheduled.
